Are you from sonus, are you a bihari, are you the referral of senior management? - this is the right place to work. Don't worry opportunities get created for you. Too much office politics, only above favourites have growth and get recogniton. All others are sidelined. Too many managers to manage duch a small group of people. Managers are not competent, they don't do any work, poor talented engineers have to work under these not so capable managers.
