I had a great experience at AE Design Group. There is a top-down atmosphere of communication and respect, and although they don’t pay their interns, what I lost in monetary compensation, I gained in experience and confidence.

Unpaid internship; however, growth potential exists as multiple members of the team started out at the firm as student interns.

I loved the team and the energy around the office. The CEO is super kind, sweet and a pleasure to work for. I had a lot of room to be creative which I have not found at other firms. I felt very much valued and appreciated and that my work made an impact. They treat employees really well and have a fully stocked kitchen with snacks and drinks for the team and they order in lunch once a week. Overall had a great experience and loved working here.

The location was a pain in the neck for me because I had to commute.
