Pulled from task to task, no time to master anything or gain many skills definable on a resume. Focus is billability and not employee growth. Poor insurance coverage. Little feedback from task managers to help you grow and learn from your mistakes. No HR on site in our 100+ person office AECOM IT and programs are not user friendly or intuitive. A step back from URS. Often asked/forced to travel.
