The only pro about AECOM is the projects. However, with such poor time management and time constraints, it's certainly not worth being involved. There are other consultancies of smaller size which are involved in hospitals and larger projects, which encourage and provide work/life balance. Should you wish to disappear within the numbers of this gigantic organisation; this is the place for you.

If you're after a workplace which encourages work/life balance; this is most definitely not the company for you. Expect to work unreasonably long and arduous hours, with the only reward being; sending out a poor quality and rushed project. Don't be under the false impression your efforts and commitment will be rewarded (they most certainly will be noticed), however your reward is keeping your job. AECOM is a company which does an excellent job with self promotion, they market themselves as a progressive and accepting company. When in fact they are completely the opposite.
