Many of corporate's people policies were driven by the dominating partner when we merged into the one global superpower several years back and this has resulted in a number of backward steps relative to our competitors. there is considerable amount of self preservation/interest to the senior management team with those who are part of the smaller successful companies overlooked for promotion or being driven out because the overall Queensland business is failing to meet plan.
