They do not value their employees one bit. Lots of downsizing. Everyone is so busy looking over their shoulder and waiting for the ball to drop, that they are truly not effective or productive. The joke among employee is if you don't like something, just wait it out because it will change in 3 months. There is so much change at this company, it is not even funny. Just when people get use to the new changes, they switch it up some more. I've had 4 different managers in 4 years. And if you don't like your job - dont worry. They will stick you in another position without even asking your input or asking if you want the new responsibilities. They take manager titles away from managers, and don't even let them interview for the position.
