      The People. AECOM employees very talented and hard working technical professionals. It's these people that allow AECOM to win projects and compete at a high level and on complex assignments.

      AECOM does not make any effort to retain the hard working technical professionals above. The focus is on management who do not recognize the importance of the production staff.

      Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

      Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
