Bloated and inefficient - Recensione dipendente - Senior Project Manager presso AECOM

I'm a legacy URS employee and AECOM bought us last year. Didn't think things could get worse than what it was at URS! Boy I was wrong!! It's so bloated, inefficient, you're not recognized as a person (just a number), too many policies, trainings, outdated/inefficient systems, required trainings are a waste of time - no practical guidance. Everyone in my office that worked for URS is very very unhappy with AECOM. Big thanks to our former CEO that got is in a position to be acquired and cut and run with his millions!!
