      Great name. Flexible at times if you need to work from home.

      -Empty office. -Minimal guidance and direction. -No training. -Team can be toxic and work against you. -Cuts on salary if contract and trying to learn and train yourself. -Mismanaged at many levels. -Hiring team can disqualify you and discourage you based on bias to hire others from their relatives and friends.

      Decent company, good stock plan, good people who want to see you grow

      Very remote management makes things hard, very little team work is locally siloed so its hard for managers to understand the boots on the ground view. Managers are great people but spread very thin, sometimes they accept work before having staff for it(classic consulting move)
