I work outsourced for American Express. Its good, because the job title makes you feel important.

We are outsourced and do not make a decent wage. If you make 2 minor mistakes on the phone they walk you out. There is no job security. They are ALWAYS hiring at my call center. Lots of fraternaziation. Rules don't apply to everyone at this job. No one gets benefits, because they usually try to let you go within a month or two. Everyday is a new stress.
