The benefits offered are fantastic. That's really the only good thing I can say after almost 5 years with the company.

They have extremely unrealistic expectations. They train you to put the customer first, but when push comes to shove, they only care about the numbers. The metrics are unachievable, which makes it nearly impossible to receive the quarterly bonus. Prepare to be micromanaged in a call center environment. I did not feel valued as an employee, even when I won a top award as a pacesetter. You have little to no control when it comes to schedules and pto bids which makes life incredibly stressful.
