The hours can be long

I really enjoy working at AEI Prospects. The team has a great work ethic and there’s a healthy level of competition that keeps everyone motivated while still being supportive. There are also great incentives in place, like holidays for top performers and trips away that give the team a chance to network, learn more, and grow together. Management are approachable and encouraging, and I’ve felt genuinely supported in developing my skills and furthering my career. It’s fast paced but rewarding, and the people I work with are friendly, driven, and always willing to help with a smile on their faces.

The role is very target driven, so it won’t be for everyone. But the support from the team helps balance it out. This role is for people who are hardworking, motivated, and looking for strong career progression, it’s a great environment to grow in.
