- Employee turnover is high. After one year you will probably only recognize half the people who are in the office. This clearly shows that people don't stick for long. - You're expected to work as many hours as it takes, without getting any compensation or recognition for your work. This allows the company to keep fees low, at the expense of burned-out employees. - Employees pay a hefty share for their benefits - if you have a spouse with good benefits perhaps consider joining their plan instead. - Overall, salaries are low considering everything you have to go through and all the expenses that come with the job.
