This company and position is not all it's cracked up to be. Management is tough and often aloof. There is a certain paranoia and unhealthy competition amongst the companies in the specaial advertising section industry. AFA are the oldest and largest, so tend to squish out the competition with bigger budgets and better teams.

Used to be a very good company with great international and amazing people until 2015. Both professional and fun at the same time. A shame there is nothing left of it.

Dishonnest management! Salaries paid late, commissions not paid, reports not published... a real mess! Some former employees are owned up to 100 000$! As an employee you will always be at risk with them and they dont care. There are tons of similar companies today so pick another one! The great asset (the people) left AFA leaving no one really, except the argentinian family looking for newbies to enslave to save their business.
