Management changes has enhanced visibility to inefficiencies. Small company feeling, your opinion/contribution is important and can make a difference. This company has good software products and is customer focused - it is poised for future success if lead in the right direction.

Still have some lingering disgruntled employees. Offices and software products are silo'd and employees don't know or understand what other sectors do or how they work.

Base Pay is good, Pay is on time.

The CEO, Kurien Jacob, is a tyrant and a joke. For a company that has been in operation for 30 years, it is disturbing how disparate the departments, the products and the management are. He knows nothing about how to treat his employees. My experience with him consisted of him demeaning and devaluing my boss, cussing and complaining about how worthless the sales organization is and being ridiculed with multiple threats of losing our jobs on a weekly basis. Many sales reps have been "let-go" due to Kurien's "mood", for no valid reason or explanation. Worse yet, he will have his small group of mentally abused followers (there are a select few, which is beyond me) do the firing for him.
