Working at AGAT was traumatic to say the least.
Management has zero respect for you, talks down to you with a condescending or sarcastic tone if you suggest improvements in operations. Do not try to talk or make suggestions during meetings, they are just there for management to order things at you.
Techs spend more than half their day just looking for samples because turnover in sample reception is so high and no coworker wants to train them correctly because they're worried they'll take their job (no job security, competitive employees, layoffs EVERY year - they'll lay you off a month before Christmas, no mercy).
Founder has no respect for employees, was sitting in my cubicle and he walked by showing some other inflated hotshot around, gestured to my area and said "and here are the... whatever."
Flipping burgers at mcD's will give you more respect and security.
