-Excellent leadership: Andrea, the CEO, really took me under her wing and pushed me be become a more engaged, critical thinking employee. She’s the best boss I’ve had yet. -I worked with great clients on positions I hadn’t recruited for in the past -Andrea let me dabble in Human Resources responsibilities like using the SHRM site to create an employee handbook; which was so rewarding -the team is wonderful and filled with such talent.

Something Andrea is currently working on are offering a wider array of benefits. She is very generous and considerate of all of her employees needs.
