      Very entrepreneurial in culture ...even thought not a startup. Great vision and management team

      Lot's of inconsistencies in decision making. Management needs to have more of a pulse on what is going on in the industry and adjust accordingly. Square peg in round hole approach is too prevalent.

      The technical & product leadership at this company have no clue what they're doing They can't even deliver monthly release cycles. Product is a complete mismatch for the marketplace and doesn't do the core of what is needed and it's over a year late! Shedding customers and unable to close new deals. Won't be in business a year from now.
