Very good compensation and benefits compared to other industries in Malaysia, but is not outstanding when benchmarked against competitors

Bureaucracy. Decisions take a very long time to be made as there are too many stakeholders involved. AIA can be brutal if you are an underperformer. Restructuring happened not long after i joined and my immediate supervisor was demoted and a new lead was installed. Lack of diversity. My whole team is made up exclusively of one race. Isn’t Malaysia supposed to be multicultural?
