I enjoyed my time there but since leaving and working in other areas and companies I wouldn’t return to AIB as same type of roles are offered at higher salaries with better benefits in other companies.

Entry level salary is not realistic. Even level 2 salary for a ‘experienced’ staff member is still low compared to other banks in Dublin. Very hard to progress, you have to be friendly enough with management to be recognized. Micro management is unbelievable. AOM is a beneficial tool but when it’s used to essentialy track every movement of a staff member(I.e break times) it’s not being used correctly.
