There is opportunity to grow and also go to different divisions within the company. AIG also has many locations and they will assist you in relocating. AIG has a great reputation - everyone knows it and it looks good on your resume. If you've worked at AIG, it tells people in the insurance industry you are competent at what you do and are a hard worker. You can learn a LOT if you are new to the insurance world. COMPENSATION is not enough - and therefore turnover is high. Some times of the year, the hours are too long - work can definitely be stressful. Also the training could be improved. Unfortunatley a lot of the day goes into dealing with outdated systems and resolving administartive issues.
