Management use an extremely petty star chart that was originally meant to reward people for going above and beyond at work, but more recently has just been used as a form of punishment for employees who make small mistakes. Management has also participated in workplace bullying. Employees don't get breaks.

I really enjoyed working here. My shifts were based around my schedule so that made it really easy to juggle around university.

There is a lot of time where you are not doing much other than watching the screen so it did get a bit boring at times.
