AION Partners - This is the ownership of the properties. Probably the most knowledgable group of people I have ever worked with. AION Partners has an Asset Management team like no other. With some management experience and knowledge, they could eliminate the need for the AION Management branch Well maintained properties and excellent decision making for all capital improvements (credit to AION Partners) The hard working site teams - The upper management works the site teams to death and they are top notch people. They are rarely recognized with positive feedback yet reprimanded and/or ridiculed publicly. Benefits are excellent Vacation/Sick Time (caution) - Never able to be used due to workload and fear of what you will come back to and you have to schedule vacation a month in advance. No last minute (2 week notice) beach trips for anyone! A family friend had a cancelation on a beach house for 3 days and I was denied for only giving a 3 week notice

While this drives results, it requires a high level of dedication and can be demanding to maintain. Communication Gaps: There is a noticeable disconnect between the corporate office and onsite teams; bridging this gap is necessary to keep everyone aligned. Time Management is Critical: While the company urges work-life balance, achieving it falls heavily on the individual's ability to manage their tasks. Procrastination or failing to ask for help can lead to falling behind and burnout. Aside from infrequent emergencies, the workload is manageable if you stay organized. Controllable Resident Stress: Most resident frustration stems from a lack of communication or work orders exceeding the 48-hour window. This is a stressor that can be mitigated with timely follow-ups and keeping residents informed. Proactive Safety Responsibilities: While major incidents like fires or floods can happen, much of the stress is prevented by staying vigilant—reporting issues early, enforcing patio/propane rules, and following the safety handbooks and monthly calls provided by the company.

I love the opportunity for growth and learning. I have been in the property management industry for almost 10 years, I have been with AION for a little over a year now. In this past year as part of the AION team, I have learned more than I had throughout the rest of my career.

There have been some challenges with technology and processes. However, AION is more than willing to address these issues as needed and actively seeks employee input. While there are still some systems in place that could be managed more efficiently, Upper management does make an effort to listen to employees and improve their day-to-day experience.
