No parental leave benefits for new fathers. While there are opportunities for progression, pay seems to be lagging.

We take great pride in our Culture, which is the product of thoughtful and empathetic leadership, a strong set of shared values, and purpose. With regards to pay, we work with and review available market data annually to ensure that our salary ranges remain competitive, and we adjust these ranges as required. In addition, we offer many other incentives, benefits, and perks to reward and recognize our Associates for their hard work. We continue to explore ways in which we can offer more flexibility and choice to our Associates when it comes to leveraging benefits and appreciate your suggestion to include parental leave coverage for fathers going forward. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
