I’m glad to hear that you’re enjoying our culture and our range of benefits, which we have recently expanded on to provide Associates with new and improved offerings that will allow for even more work-life balance, more support for a focus on mental and physical health and wellness, and more access to rewards to Associates as AIR MILES Onyx collectors.
Our Executive Leadership Team saw several new additions in 2022 and early in 2023. These leaders are experts in their fields and are proven change agents. With a complete EC now in place, we are positioned to start the new year off with a strong strategic plan to execute on, with clear focus areas and priorities. This plan has been shared with all Associates, and they will be provided with visibility into how the work on our priorities is progressing throughout the year to ensure alignment at all levels. We are also introducing a new goal setting framework, moving from annual goal setting to quarterly. With these steps taken, my hope is that Associates feel more personally connected to our strategic priorities this year, and that they feel empowered and supported in owning their roles in ensuring the organization’s success.
