In the end, call centre is a modern day assembly line. There is no breathing room, you are monitored for every single code you use, and it is call after call after call. You only catch a break during your brief time (2, 10-minute slots) or your actual break. This place use to have so much availability from having enough staff to allowing career development. Now it's only to take calls with no breathing room.

I’m glad to hear that you are enjoying the benefits of our remote-first work model and our strong focus on regular Associate engagement activities, which do tend to include some pretty amazing prizes. Thank you for sharing your experience working in our call center. The frontline Ambassadors in our Customer Care department are essential in driving program value for Collectors, even beyond issue resolution. The pressure can be high in these roles, but our aim is to allow for more balance to our Ambassadors by introducing multiple channels in addition to phone support that they can leverage to help direct Collectors in resolving their issues. We will continue to look for new ways make Collector’s touchpoints with Customer Care simples and more intuitive, both for the benefit of our valued Ambassadors, as well as for our Collectors. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
