I’m glad to hear that you are enjoying the flexibility that our remote-first work model provides Associates with, and the full complement of perks and benefits that we offer. I appreciate your perspective on our call center. The frontline Ambassadors in our Customer Care department are champions of our brand and offer support to our Collectors through various channels. While there may be a large number of calls coming in at times, we also have Chat, Social Media and Chatbot options to leverage and provide to collectors to ensure that they are directed to the best and most efficient channels to resolve their issues. We are glad to hear that you enjoyed the benefits and events offered to our Associates, as well as our remote-first working model. We appreciate your perspective on feeling as though your work makes a difference. We strongly believe that our people are our greatest asset and that the work done at all levels of the organization contributes to our success as a business. During our January Business Update, our Executive team shared our Strategic Imperatives for 2023 and the ways we will continue to scale as an organization to help Associates under the "big picture" and where their role fits in. We also recently introduced a new Goal Setting process to better align with our quarterly planning process, and to encourage more regular conversations about goals between Leaders and Associates.
