Insane micromanagement, even you are doing the most amount of work in the team, they still warn you for being on the phone or in the bathroom too long. When team members were on vacation, I was covering the entire team - overworked every night for 3+ hours. Literally no appreciation or respect for your dedication. Manager blamed you for being slow and not multi-tasking productively enough, while she is working on nothing, not helping me, but chitchatting with others. However, when presenting work, manager always take your credit and not even let you be in the meeting room (excluding you out). Terrible company culture, toxic environment. Higher level always treat you as slaves. Also very very underpaid. Save you life and time by avoiding working there.
