Work from home only, but the toxic environment wont let you live peacefully even at home.

1. Your mental health will ruin, you wont learn much either. 2. Deadlines are unrealistic, if you try to argue they will just reply back with "AI" and accuse you of being slow. 3. The leadership especially CEO is incredibly toxic, he treats everyone terribly, though he puts on a completely fake, overly positive front when onboarding new hires, his true nature quickly shows. 4. Most of the positive reviews are written by new joiners(Management literally tells them to write reviews as a part of onboarding) and i guess one of them was written by the CEO himself (Who writes "Keep on pushing the employees for their and organization's growth" in Advice to Management). 5. Appraisal's are as bad as the company name, ruin your physical health for the work, they will ruin your mental health on the day of appraisal by giving you pennies.
