Have not been micromanaged or boxed into current role definitions. - Opportunity to shape and define workflows without getting bogged down in process. Overall this is a great place to work. Impressive leadership team with a clear vision and goal. The team all the way down is able to execute projects and reach ambitious goals, allowing the company to scale smoothly and quickly.

If you don't like the (slightly) chaotic and fast paced startup environment, this would be a challenging place to be.

Strong and positive culture of supportiveness and transparency. Wonderful coworker. Great salaries and benefits packages. Lots of nice perks. NYC co-working space is very nice and comfortable. Management at all levels is receptive to needs of their teams. Work life balance is solid.

Young company, some processes and documentation still need development. Team will likely soon outgrow the NYC co-working space.
