Employees are treated like slaves here. So many restrictions as if they are working on some international banking apps while the projects add no value to your growth. Owner of this company is highly arrogant and misbehaving with employees (be it new or old employee). They pay you pennies and behave as if they are paying you in dollars. No employee benefits at all.
