You will watch management positions be quickly filled with directors friends from their old department, rather than any consideration be given for those on the team that built it from the ground up. Those newly appointed managers will then quickly dismantle all of the hard work put in over the years, due to lack of specific departmental workings, all while dismissing the most knowledgeable people in the room.
