      As a company aldi are good to work for. The pay is good. Holiday entitlement is good. Maternity pay is good. Sick pay is good. I feel that they offer more than most other retailers in this sense.

      In store it’s vile. I’ve worked in quite a few stores and I find that in everyone you are not valued enough. You are pushed to your limits and too much is expected of you. The training is not great yet they expect you to be better than perfect. It’s full of false promises. Even when you do really well you don’t get praised for it.

      Great pay Hours were always there The manager at my location is a rare gem. Never had a boss quite like him. Everyone I worked with became like my family.

      + industry leading wages Associates - $12/hr, Shift Mgr - $16/hr, SMT - $23/hr, Store Manager - $75,000+/yr + great work environment + excellent training + health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k + 40-50 hr/wk with paid overtime Very fast paced so work hours fly by. I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.
