Great pay, Horrible environment - Recensione dipendente - Store Manager presso ALDI

Very difficult work environment. The managers, DM's etc dont offer any support or due process in problems or conflicts. quick to fire employees. Very low level staffing in stores - all done by DM (NOT store manager) so no guarantee new employee will even fit in well with other 4 or 5 employees. Yes, stores only employee 5-7 employees, meaning everyone is constantly tired and overworked and expectations are unachieveably high. Always working overtime, but at the sacrifice of work/life balance and god forbid one of these 4 other people call out. DM's are all young, pretty white girls hired prior to college graduation who have never worked a day in their life, let alone knowing how to lead and develop a district of up to 6 stores.
