      Good Training, great responsibility given, good Management system, excellent pay, positive work environment and teamwork. Employees family commitments and personal situations are taken into consideration by Management. It is fast paced and can give you a great buzz of achievement.

      Call outs at night. It is very physical and you have to be quite fit. Weekend work and late hours as well as very early mornings.

I loved working at Aldi. The pay was great! Benefits great! Was training to be a store manager so a lot was expected of me but I was totally up for it. My store manager loved my work, associates loved my fairness, customers loved me.
