the pay is great for my area, health insurance is the best i have ever had, they sell good products at a reasonable price. Except produce. Walmart would not even carry some of the nasty produce we get.

horrible managment. I have worked for walmart and I know how bad managment can be and believe me when i say aldis is driven for one goal like every other store money. And what i don't understand is why they treat their employees so bad. We emloyees do all the hard work and care for the customers. If a company cares about it workers then the workers will care for the company. I personaly don't plan on staying more than a year to pay for college which is all this job is good for. Ps fire lazy managers like mine who takes 3 weekends of a month and hardly works when he is at the store.
