The environment is extremely fast-paced, and management can be tough, but, generally, you're treated fairly. Paid major holidays. All tasks can be completed easily if you have a strong work ethic and a sense of determination.

A small staff leaves little room for error. One person's mistake or tardiness with completing a task can put the entire team behind schedule for the remainder of the day. Expect extreme pressure to trickle down the ladder from VP's and District Managers straight to you. Expect your store to feature associates that barely breathe while on duty, moving from one task to another with no lull for the duration of the shift, and associates who do just enough to get by without being fired. The work of the latter will likely be sloppy if it isn't skipped entirely.
