Vantaggi
Direct coworkers are great and make the job tolerable Flexible hours and work hybrid schedule depending on job function Compensation (it's how they get you) Overall benefits are above par (although a company bonus would be nice instead of just bragging about how much money they make each quarter)
Svantaggi
Management doesn't like to implement new processes often and when they do it takes months to even get the conversations started The "put a positive spin" on everything can get annoying at times The Pareto principle is very true here (80% of the work is done by 20% of the people) and 20% are often just burdened with more work Very hard to move up depending on the team (they tell you nothing is tenure based, but funny how every 3 years your "ready" for the next stage) Your career progression will not be shared with you. Instead you are told "we are constantly growing and the right spot for you might not even exist yet". Everything manager/director level and higher is very secretive Work load can be overwhelming at times 401(K) match is only paid out yearly, not with each pay cycle
