Vantaggi
Honestly nothing, I did what I could to do my job well and it didn't matter.
Svantaggi
Where do I start: - Management was condescending at best and blatantly rude the majority of the time. Absolutely zero respect between managers (upper and lower) and staff unless they were buddies. - Severely understaffed so I never got to be trained before I was thrown straight into a job I didn't know how to do and then belittled for not knowing everything. Managers speak to staff like they are idiots 100% of the time. - Practically never got out on time when on closing shift, management would almost always bank on the fact they'd keep us an hour extra every night. - On top of this, 30 min break for a 10 hour shift and then two 15min breaks during 11 hours is just inhumane and if you get back a min late expect to be told off. Not sustainable at all for anyone, but especially for someone who has health difficulties. - Managers would belittle customers amongst themselves constantly in disrespectful and insanely innapropriate ways even over the headsets so everyone had to listen, acting like literal 12-year-olds in school. - Most staff were burnt out and clearly unwell but very clearly discouraged from taking time off when it was needed. In multiple instances, staff would be visibly unwell but still at work because of the work culture created by management. I could easily go on, honestly disgraceful work conduct. There are good people who work at this Aldi who don't deserve the way they are treated day in and day out.
