Unlike some, I work with some fun co workers. My manager, shift managers, and DM are all cool. I've been working here for almost 7 months and am about to get a promotion to shift and am being trained to manage a store. They work around my schooling and I can take off if needed (they put school before work). Pay is great, benefits are awesome, management is fair but...

as working in retail, customers suck! If it weren't for them, I would enjoy this job more and it would be less stressful. Sometimes the co workers take of and if you are available, you may be stuck having an "Aldi-day" (this is what you call it when/if you work all day at Aldi). As what the others say, everything is on a timely basis. Truck is suppose to be done by 11 even if you have to "throw" 18 pallets. Do I always get done on time? Nope! But, you can't just leave work undone because EVERYONE always have something to do. Unless you have one of those Managers who force you to stay.
