I really enjoyed working at Aldo. My team had a great supportive community that would motivate me each day!

It was difficult to meet sales goals on weekdays with slower traffic.

The team was collaborative and worked well together during busy shifts, and the fast-paced setting helped me build strong customer service, communication, and multitasking skills.

The role can be fast-paced and requires meeting sales goals, which may feel challenging at times, especially during peak hours. However, this also provides a good opportunity to develop resilience and improve sales skills.
