Initially good compensation package however once you realise what goes on here no money is worth staying at a company like this.

It is no surprise that the majority of reviews left below are negative & everyone of those being 100% accurate. As stated below the majority of problems stem form the CEO who speaks to his staff in a deplorable manner , you would have to see it to believe it. No equipment provided to do your job ( even though everyone works fully remote. No systems / structure in place . No training or support provided & you are often expected to take on ‘projects ‘ or complete tasks that do not in anyway align with the role you were hired for. To add more fuel to the fire, any senior management that is still there know that what goes on is wrong & yet are happy to sit back & watch the chaos unfold. Toxic environment with no company value or cultures .
