Every day, I know I make a difference, instead of being anonymously lost somewhere in the basement of a massive corporation. The people are smart, fun to work with as teammates, and really care about the company and each other. The management is intelligent, fair, transparent, future-minded, and sets priorities that create value for customers, employees, and other stakeholders, including the community. The benefits are good, and HR is open to suggestions about ways to make things even better.
