More of an unfortunate franchise. Not equal opportunities environment, friends and family (literally) hirings and internal advancements. Incompetent technical personnel, totally absent management and HR. Too many administrative people with generic, non technical, fuzzy duties. Ineffective Finance, IT and sourcing. Office gossip is common practice. Funny benefits distribution. Ridiculous implementation of yearly employee assessments. Weird hierarchy, upper directors far away from Athens and from each other, which results in no actual hierarchy.
