Remote. The folks are passionate about the mission, however sometimes misguided. Star-studded investor roster.

Leadership has little to no vision. The hobby culture bleeds from the top, to chase shiny objects and to change the goal posts constantly. No ownership nor retrospective look at what went wrong, what we did, and how we get better next time...if you blink the wrong way to senior leadership, youre reminded that you are expendable. Toxic startup culture as well where people take on more than they can chew and/or do other people's functions just to look good for top brass -- and with an unexperienced CEO and leadership team, it unfortunately works. Meritless company innovating on a hedge against inflation.
