The guys in the control room make it hard to leave. Overall it feels like a family amongst all of the operators, the pay is good and the top out rate is crazy fast.

Seems like management never sees eye to eye with employees, high turnover rate, lots of 3 man and 2 man, you’ll be doing a lot of maintenance work.
