4yThank you for your feedback on the positive atmosphere, and the candid and tangible observations and feelings you've shared to help constantly improve AM. The HR Function has just added a team member that will focus entirely on compensation and benefits to ensure that we continue to offer wages that are consistently in the top percentiles for the position. We will be sure to relay the concern of employee management listed with the team of Human Resource Business Partners that are deployed across the agency and available to Project Managers. As a provider of services, managing colleagues as resources to deliver work will always be a part of project management in this environment. As you've mentioned certified project managers, this closely aligns with the components of 'People, Process and Environment' as a part of the Project Management Professional (PMP) curriculum. Many of the areas you've identified as concerns with the position are objective, and are listed in positions as they are posted for recruitment, and we will continue to try and set that expectation at hiring through the continued inclusion in interviews and job offer documentation and letters. I am disappointed to hear of situations you've observed that don't align with our expectations on leadership and accountability. We will continue to solicit feedback and make changes to improve those areas, as constant improvement is an organizational goal.
