The HR Function has just added a team member that will focus entirely on compensation and benefits to ensure that we continue to offer wages that are consistently in the top percentiles for the position. As a provider of services, managing colleagues as resources to deliver work will always be a part of project management in this environment. Many of the areas you've identified as concerns with the position are objective, and are listed in positions as they are posted for recruitment, and we will continue to try and set that expectation at hiring through the continued inclusion in interviews and job offer documentation and letters. I am disappointed to hear of situations you've observed that don't align with our expectations on leadership and accountability.
