Senior management is expert at lying to clients and sub-trades 6. Always look for an opportunity to exploit employees and keeping them blind. 7. No HR could survive in the company or any annual review system or annual performance salary hike process. 8. Worst and disrespectful superintendents who use vulgar language all the time with client and sub trades. 9. Super stressful work culture and no work life balance. 10. No career growth opportunity and ensure that employees keep working at junior level for years. 11. All the time preaching about doing grew things but actually doing nothing to make it happen. 12.
