Nepotism, no room for raising concerns. You have to obey, be quiet and work extra hours. Lots of people with burn out history in the team. The culture at first seem to be nice, but it's all fake. In the interview the CEO told me he loves his team, but I was fired after 3 months as I raised feedback. Read your contract before signing as they add a clause to make you work up to 25 hours extra per month and it is included in the payroll.

Fun workplace. Travel to different office locations. Fun colleagues. Solid PTO. Office parties, and lots of food and booze!

Pay! Seriously way underpaid. Also, no bonuses, or equity. Didn’t check your email over the weekend to respond to a client? Slap on the wrist. (Want me to check my emails on a weekend? Pay me more.) No possibility to move up in most roles, unless you’re in engineering or product development. This place is a revolving door. People quit or get fired all the time. I’ve stopped learning new employee’s names. Management here is as diverse as my taste in wines. White and cold.
