Good work places, coworkers are really nice

Micro management, stress level is high

Co-workers, Staff, Food, Water, Customers, Time

The HR admitted to us that he/she lies alot about the company to attract pple to join underpaid get hassled to ask customers for reviews to make extra $$$ (no wonder every location has high reviews) upsell icbc to make $$$ dont get paid until you can make a certain amount they dont pay for overtime will write a separate cheque so they can get away with overtime alot of favouritism alot of employees leave this company shows how it really is a 6 month probation period promise you commission yet lock it down till you get your level 2 which basically means your stuck working there honestly i would work anywhere else even if i made less money if anyone ever went after this company the truth would come out i would never recommend this company to anyone hence why most of the employees are immigrants just to obtain their work permit & are stuck doing so no work ethics at all they involve the owner with the minor problems alot of drama in this company MAJOR PRIVACY CONCERNS dont have access to your own email password dont have you sign consent form to use your pictures dont have you sign a policy guide for work
